Shells & stones: shapes of nature
scaranocarla62@gmail.com
This year I have worked on shells and stones observing their intriguing shapes, drawing them from different points of view and choosing their most interesting sides. I used different techniques, from pencils to pastels, ink, watercolours and acrylics. The results were surprising. Simple objects like shells and stones can have interesting sides, so similar to humans.
I am also running workshops on Saturday and Sunday during the Art Trail on making cards. Cards and different materials and media will also be available for the people attending the workshops to make their own cards.
