Glass has always been a source of pleasure to me - the many ways in which function and form can combine with such enjoyable results.

I like to create items with tactile as well as visual appeal and I get a thrill from opening the kiln to see how colours and textures have combined - sometimes with unexpected impact when the effect of heat has been to alter shades and shapes.
