Living in this beautiful area it is my intention to attempt to convey the essence of the area through a variety of media.

As an artist, I aim to draw attention to the beauty of the landscape and in so doing raise an environmental awareness.

In this exhibition, I am showing a body of work that includes ceramics and prints.
The ceramic forms and the prints are based on the ‘cove’ at Silverdale.

In my ceramic work, I sometimes take impressions from the debris left on the shore, and use the glass to capture the organic colours.
