Venue 1 Tony Morgan – Demo’s of leather working skills plus “Belts made to fit” service.
Venue 1 The Coppice Co-op – Our members will be demonstrating green woodworking skills all weekend.
Venue 3 Christine Liley & Sue Greenwood – Opportunity to have a ‘go’ at painting in a non-threatening environment.
Venue 3 Lunesdale Camera Club – Get the best out of your camera workshop. Drop in throughout the weekend.
Venue 4 Sue Tyldesley – Make an encaustic card, £2. Drop in throughout the weekend. Age 8 and above.
Venue 4 Julia Swarbrick – Printmaking workshops including relief print and gelli print with paper and textile
Venue 13 Carole Bennett – Demonstration of the art of block printing on paper and fabric. Drop in.
Venue 14 Duncan Copley – Duncan will be demonstrating a range of his build, construct and design techniques, including wood carving throughout the weekend.
Venue 18 Shelagh Lind – Rag Rug demonstration and chance to make silk rag rug brooch all weekend.
Venue 18 Bespokers Forge – Blacksmithing demonstration using solid fuel fire.
Venue 18 Jane Mallinson – Demonstration of felt making. Workshop – make a scarf or collar
Venue 18 Janet D Graves – Family Friendly Mark Making Workshop Come and experiment using a range of different materials. Contribute to a community artwork or take your masterpiece home with you! Saturday 11am – 12pm, 3pm – 4pm, Sunday 2pm – 4pm.
Venue 19 Vintage & Country – See how traditional jointed teddy bears are made. Demonstrating how to chalk paint, distress and wax furniture and try the paint for yourself!
Venue 21 Lancs & Lakes Guild of Weavers, Spinners & Dyers – Hands on weaving and spinning demonstrations all weekend. Come in and have a go. Free of charge. Children welcome.
Venue 22 Concert at St John’s – Concert is from 7:30pm – 10pm on Saturday 24 June. Donations welcomed.
Venue 22 Rhonda Fraser, Silverdale Upholstery Group – See students working on their projects. Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday.
Venue 22 Icon Painting at st John’s Church with Barbara Winkfield – Religious icon painting using traditional materials and techniques. Friday 1pm – 5:30pm, Saturday 10:30am – 5:30pm.
Venue 24 Ruth Livesey – Come and handle some clay, 10:30am – 12:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday morning
Venue 25 Ann Bond – Music room behind 8 Elmslack Lane – This well-known musician will explain the position of the harpsichord in musical literature and the different types available. Demonstrations at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm give the chance to hear the instrument, see its workings, and also to try yourself if you wish. ONLY OPEN Saturday and Sunday 2pm – 5pm
Venue 28 Christine Rooney – Demonstration of techniques using coloured inks and water based inks as required.
Venue 29 Delcia McNeil – A half hour demonstration at noon on Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 introducing some of the wide range of possibilities for creating artwork on an ipad or tablet.
Venue 31 Landscape Trust – Landscape Walks starting from the Cemetery Chapel at 1:30 pm and finish by 4pm. Saturday 24: Rocky Secrets of Arnside Knott; Sunday 25: Flowers of Arnside Knott. Places are free but must be booked via LTevents@arnsidesilverdaleaonb.org.uk
Venue 33 Amanda Hunter – Make your own textured silver pendant using a specialist rolling mill and basic jewellery making tools. There is a cost of £10 per pendant for the silver.

Venue 33 Elaine Newman – Book Reading – Readings of my recently published children’s book ‘The Mystery of the Golden Tower’ throughout the afternoon 1:30pm – 5:30pm (e.newman955@btinternet.com)
Venue 37 Gilli Slater – Drop in anytime to watch an on-going demonstration of how Gilli uses moulded wet fabric and paint crystals to create her unique pictures, and ask any questions.
Venue 37 Christine Stanford – Demonstration on how to create a small handmade book, using mixed media and stitch techniques. With the opportunity to participate in a drop-in workshop and make a book to keep. Saturday and Sunday 2pm – 4pm
Venue 39 Diana Morrison Designs – Demonstration of Free-Machine Embroidery And Disperse dyeing. Drop in.
Venue 39 Judith Favret Papermaker – Demonstration of papermaking. How to make cotton paper pulp, pull a piece of paper, turn it onto a cloth and press it. Friday 3pm and 6pm. Saturday and Sunday 11am, 1:30pm and 3:30pm.
Venue 41 Katie Edwards – Katie will be demonstrating screen printing throughout the weekend.
